Stronger Then Dirt...

The Mummies are an amazing garage band that played Budget Rock throughout the 80's into the early 90's and have reunited a few times since to scare up some good times. I finally got a copy of their "Never Been Caught" and its all i can listen to. Although I must say listening to them is no comparison to watching them live. so check it out on you tube or something sometime, or maybe Danny will post videos over at the Danthology! He's better at that then I am.




Listening to bands like The Mummies, Super charger and all the other Rippoff bands really makes me want to embrace my own budget rock. I mean we already play budget rock because were broke and our equipment sucks etc, but why not use that to its full potential. Who knows we will probably just sound like we always have and always will because everyone knows it is the year of the TiT, But man I want my next recording to sounds like "Never Been Caught" anyway here's pictures i drew to possibly turn into paintings... we shall see.
